Here I will show you eye exercises for double vision. Do you have double vision or diplopia? Or maybe you don’t even know that you have problems merging the images of both eyes into one? Do you have problems with optimal eye coordination, so that both eyes work together as they should? Do you have reading problems (presbyopia or age-related farsightedness or nearsightedness) or does your child have reading problems (hyperopia or farsightedness)?
Perhaps the reason is precisely that the brain does not optimally merge the image of both eyes into one!
Sometimes the reason for some children and adults who have reading problems is the suboptimal fusion of the images of both eyes into one image. That both eyes do not cooperate well, they are not coordinated as they should be, they have poor coordination.
Test at home if you have good eye coordination
First you need to check if you have perfect eye coordination and if your brain converge two images into one as the should.
In this video I’ll show you how to test that:
Eye Exercises for Double Vision or Diplopia – Eliminate double vision and reading problems:
The one below is a great eye exercise that teaches the brain to optimally blend the images of both eyes into a single image. The eye exercise is very effective and when you check with the test that you optimally merge the two images into one (I show you how to check at home in the video above), you no longer need to do this eye exercise:
